When are we open:-   We are open on the 20th March and close on the 30th November.  We open at 10.30am and close at 5.30pm 7 days a week.

How much is it to visit us:-  Adults £6.00, Children £4.00, Senior citizens £5.00, Family (2+3) £18.00.  We also do a carers ticket for 1 carer and the person they care for £8.00.

Is there wheelchair access:-  Approximately 50% is wheelchair friendly.

Do we cater for large groups:-  Discounts are available for pre booked groups of 15 or more people.  We also do evening tours telephone 01824 780501 for further information.

Is the park suitable for Nursery or School Groups:-  Yes, many schools and nursery groups visit the gardens.  If you would like to arrange a free visit to see if we are suitable please phone 01824 780501.

Can we bring our own picnics:-  Yes, we have indoor and outdoor seating for you to enjoy your own food, or ours - we have our own tea rooms offering teas and snacks etc.

Are dogs allowed:-  Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs into the park because we have birds and animals wandering freely.  We welcome dog owners as we have shaded areas in the car park, so owners can keep a constant check on their dogs.

Do we take Credit/Debit cards:-  No we do not have card facilities.
