In late spring take a walk around the Woodland and be greeted by a carpet of Bluebells an assault on your senses. You can take a short walk or a long walk through the woodland  with many things to see, the bog garden bursting with plants, the fernery nice and shaded for those long summer days, the trout pools with ducks and geese on the move or lazing around and the ravine with its cascading waterfalls.

Throughout the year their are many different things happening at Pen-Y-Ffrith so each visit will bring a new adventure, in the spring their are plants and trees coming into bloom and changing colour, the summer brings out the baby ducklings and chicks, butterflies and damsels are all around, the autumn brings more change with the leaves coming from the trees and the plants dying back.

We have alot to offer at Pen-Y-Ffrith, great views over the welsh countryside, friendly birds to greet you, take a long walk or just sit and enjoy what is around you, bring your camera or binoculars there is a lot to see and some great pictures to take.  For old and young we offer a great day out with plenty of things to see, with a warm welcome from us all, we hope to see you soon....
